What is the difference between a Custom Private Event and the Self-Serve option?
Self-Serve: Perfect for smaller gatherings — choose your movie, date, and snack options, then book instantly online.

Custom Event: A fully concierge experience designed around you. Our team helps you choose your perfect date, film, and setup — from audio/visual needs and presentations to extended time in the auditorium, décor, and more. Every detail is tailored to your event.
Is there a price difference between Self-Serve and Custom Events?
Yes. Self-Serve is our most affordable, fixed-price option — what you see is what you get.

 Custom Events are premium experiences with full concierge service, and pricing varies based on your selections and setup needs.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
For birthday celebrations, cake or cupcakes are welcome. Otherwise, outside food and drinks are not permitted — but our concession team can help customize snack and beverage options for your group.
Can I choose my showtime?
Self-Serve: Showtimes are limited to what’s available online. 

Custom Event: Choose any showtime, any day — even outside normal hours. (Additional staffing or rental fees may apply for early or after-hours screenings.)
What if I don't see any available showtimes?
Self-Serve: Showtimes for self-serve bookings are not always available. Holidays, big opening weekends, etc. may not have available showtimes listed, but you may still be able to book with a custom event. 

Custom Event: Fill out the form and our event coordinator will be in touch with availability and pricing.
Can I watch any movie?
Self-Serve: Limited to the films currently playing. Some restrictions may apply. 

Custom Event: Almost anything goes — we can re-license older titles, play your personally owned film, or live stream content you have the rights to.

Custom: Email bepling@brendencorp.com -- It is best to fill out the custom event form prior to emailing for quickest response.
