1. Eligibility & Selection

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and maintain an active, public Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook account. Applicants should have an audience relevant to the communities served by participating Brenden Theatres locations.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Brenden Theatres reserves the right to select ambassadors based on audience relevance, content quality, engagement, and program needs.

2. Complimentary Benefits

During active participation, ambassadors are eligible to receive the following monthly benefits:

• One complimentary Brenden+ Membership.
• One additional complimentary movie ticket.
• A $40 concession credit each month.
• Invitations to select special screenings and events, when available.

All benefits are promotional, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash, refunded, resold, or transferred, except where required by law.

3. Monthly Benefits & Expiration

Monthly benefits are issued only while an ambassador remains an active participant in the program.

The additional complimentary movie ticket and concession credit expire at the end of their applicable monthly benefit period. Unused benefits do not roll over or accumulate.

No cash refunds, replacements, or extensions will be provided for unused or expired promotional benefits, except where required by law.

4. Movie Ticket Restrictions

Complimentary tickets are subject to availability, applicable film distributor restrictions, and Brenden Theatres' ticketing policies.

• Not valid for IMAX 70mm presentations.
• Not valid for special engagements, private events, or specifically excluded performances.
• Additional charges may apply to eligible premium formats.
• Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred outside permitted program use.

Tickets provided through the Brenden+ Membership remain subject to the applicable membership terms.

5. Monthly Concession Credit

Active ambassadors receive a $40 promotional concession credit each month, redeemable toward eligible food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating Brenden Theatres locations.

• Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Unused balances expire at the end of the applicable monthly benefit period.
• Unused credit does not roll over to subsequent months.
• Credit cannot be used for gift cards, alcoholic beverages, or other excluded items.
• Credit cannot be resold or transferred.

No cash back will be provided if the purchase amount is less than the available credit. Any amount exceeding the available credit is the ambassador's responsibility.

6. Brenden+ Membership

The complimentary Brenden+ Membership is provided solely during active participation and remains subject to applicable membership terms, including ticket redemption rules and restrictions.

Complimentary ambassador memberships will not automatically convert into paid subscriptions upon program termination. Ambassadors may separately elect to purchase a membership.

7. Participation Requirements

To remain eligible for monthly benefits, ambassadors are expected to:

• Attend at least two movies or events at Brenden Theatres each month.
• Publish at least two original social media feed posts or short-form videos each month.
• Tag Brenden Theatres, use designated program hashtags, and invite the official account as a collaborator where supported.
• Maintain at least one active, public social media account.
• Provide links to qualifying posts and basic performance metrics upon request.
• Follow program guidelines, including required advertising disclosures.

Content should reflect the ambassador's genuine experience. Favorable reviews or opinions are not required.

8. Content Guidelines & Disclosures

Ambassadors must comply with applicable advertising laws, including FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements, and relevant social media platform rules.

• Clearly disclose complimentary benefits and the promotional relationship with Brenden Theatres.
• Do not record or distribute copyrighted movie footage, trailers, or on-screen presentations.
• Do not publish spoilers or disrupt screenings.
• Respect the privacy of guests and employees, obtaining appropriate permission before featuring identifiable individuals.
• Do not make misleading claims about Brenden Theatres or its products and services.

Brenden Theatres may request correction or removal of content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or program guidelines.

9. Program Duration & Termination

Participation begins with an initial 30-day term, unless otherwise specified in the ambassador's acceptance agreement. Participation will be reviewed monthly.

Brenden Theatres may decline renewal or terminate participation in accordance with the program agreement. Failure to meet participation requirements may result in suspension or termination.

Future, unearned promotional benefits will cease upon termination. Treatment of previously issued benefits will be governed by the applicable program terms and law.

10. Program Changes

Brenden Theatres reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Ambassador Program, including future benefits, eligibility criteria, and participation requirements, subject to applicable law and existing contractual commitments.

11. No Guarantee of Participation

Acceptance into the Ambassador Program does not guarantee continued participation, renewal, specific event invitations, or future promotional opportunities.
