Brenden Theatres Refund & Exchange Policy
At Brenden Theatres, we strive to provide a seamless and guest-friendly experience for ticket
purchases, refunds, and exchanges. Please review our policies based on transaction type and
specific situations.
Refunds and Exchanges for Members (Paid and Unpaid)
● Members can swap or refund tickets through their account on our website or mobile
app up to 30 minutes before the showtime.
● Refunds can be processed in two ways:
1. To the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or gift card).
2. To the member’s Brenden Theatres account for future use. Funds refunded to
an account can be applied to tickets or concessions and never expire.
● Booking and convenience fees are non-refundable.
In-Person Ticket Purchases
● Tickets purchased in person at the box office are non-refundable.
● Guests are encouraged to verify their purchase details at the time of the transaction.
Concessions
● All concession purchases are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
● If a movie is cancelled or not shown due to technical issues, refunds or exchanges can
be requested at the time of the issue. Requests must be made on the same day as the
original showtime.
● Refunds for purchases made with Brenden gift cards will be credited back to the same
gift card or to the customer’s Brenden Theatres account.
● Tickets for private screenings, group bookings, or special events are non-refundable
and non-exchangeable.
Loyalty Rewards
● For tickets purchased using loyalty rewards, the rewards will be restored to the
customer’s account if the refund is processed before the showtime.
Processing Times
● Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 5–7 business days to appear on your
account.
● Refunds to a Brenden Theatres account are processed immediately and can be used for
future purchases of tickets or concessions.

● In the event of technical issues with our website or app, please visit the Contact Us
page on our website for assistance.
● Guests requiring assistance with refunds or exchanges may also contact the box office
or our customer service team directly.

● All Brenden Theatres locations are ADA accessible. Guests requiring assistance with
refunds or exchanges are encouraged to speak with our staff at the box office or contact
customer service.
