How Does It Work
How Does It Work:
The Brenden Plus Monthly Membership grants our members 3 tickets per month that are valid for 30 days from issue date.
When you sign up, you’ll receive:
- 3 movie tickets per month
- Valid for any movie, format, and time (see below exclusions)
- Expiration: 30 days from the date of issue
What other perks do you get:
- 10% off concessions on every visit
- Invites to member only screenings
- Gifts on special milestones and holidays
- Earn points on purchases
What can't you watch with your tickets?
- Special engagements such as UFC live fights or Amazon Prime early access showings to name a few examples.
Let's talk tickets:
- You can use your tickets for whoever, whenever, and wherever you like.
- You do not need to be present for the showing you redeem your tickets for.
How do you redeem your tickets?
- Go to showtimes and choose the movie, date, and time you would like.
- Add the number of tickets you need to your cart.
- Choose your seat (if applicable) and watch the balance disappear.

Your monthly membership includes 3 tickets issued each billing cycle. Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
Can I use my tickets for my friends and family?
Yes! Tickets can be used for anyone, even if you’re not attending.
Are they good for all movies and all showtimes?
Tickets are valid for most movies, showtimes, and formats, with rare exclusions for special events.
How do I use my tickets?
Sign in, select your movie and showtime, and your tickets will automatically apply at checkout.
Does the 10% off concessions apply for online concession sales?
Yes! The discount works both online and in person when you’re signed in.
Where do I find my tickets after I book them online?
You’ll receive an email confirmation and can also access your tickets through your Brenden Theatres account.
Can I use my tickets at any Brenden location?
Yes. Your tickets are valid at all participating Brenden Theatres locations.
Do unused tickets roll over?
No. Monthly tickets expire 30 days from the date they are issued and do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Can I use more than 3 tickets at once?
Yes! You can use all 3 tickets for a single showtime, as long as you have tickets available in your account.
Can I upgrade my ticket to premium formats?
Yes. Tickets are valid for IMAX, JBX, and other premium formats unless otherwise noted. No additional fees apply.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes. Your monthly membership automatically renews each billing cycle unless you cancel through your online account before your next renewal date.
