Brenden Theatres Refund & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2025

At Brenden Theatres, we strive to provide a seamless guest experience. Please review the following rules for refunds and exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, concession, or membership, you agree to this policy.



1. Online & App Purchases

Refund/Exchange Window: Guests may swap or refund tickets up to 30 minutes before showtime via their online account or mobile app.

Refund Method:
-- Original payment method (credit/debit/gift card).
-- Brenden account credit (usable for tickets or concessions, never expires).
-- Non-Refundable Fees: Booking and convenience fees are non-refundable.



2. In-Person Purchases

Tickets purchased at the box office, concessions stand, or self-serve kiosk are final sale and non-refundable.
Guests should confirm all details (movie, time, location) before purchase.
Booking and convenience fees are non-refundable.



3. Concessions

All concession sales are final and non-refundable.
-- Exception: defective or unsafe products (e.g., foreign objects, contamination) may be replaced or refunded at manager discretion.
-- Online concession sales are refundable up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the customer's movie.
-- Third-party fees are non-refundable.



4. Membership-Related Tickets & Points

Unused monthly tickets from Brenden+ do not roll over. Points used for rewards will be restored if the ticket is refunded before showtime. Membership fees are non-refundable.



5. Special Events & Rentals

Tickets for private screenings, group bookings, or special events are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by law.
Custom rental contracts may include separate terms.



6. Technical Issues & Cancellations

If a film is canceled or not shown due to technical issues, guests may request a refund or exchange on the same day. Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to the original gift card or to a Brenden account.



7. Processing Times

Refunds to credit/debit cards: 5–7 business days.
Credits to Brenden accounts: processed immediately.



8. Accessibility & Guest Support

All Brenden Theatres are ADA accessible. Guests needing assistance may contact customer service by visiting the info tab on the website and filling out a comment card or reach out to corporate@brendencorp.com



9. Limitation of Liability

Refunds and exchanges are limited to the purchase price paid. Brenden Theatres is not liable for travel costs, incidental expenses, or indirect damages related to cancellations or errors.
