How Does It Work
How Does It Work:
The Brenden Plus Annual Membership grants our members 36 tickets that are valid for 1 year from issue date. Unlike the monthly membership, you get your year of tickets upfront.
When you sign up, you’ll receive:
- 36 movie tickets
- Valid for any movie, format, and time (see below exclusions)
- Expiration: 1 year from the date your membership is activated
What other perks do you get:
- 10% off concessions on every visit
- Invites to member only screenings
- Gifts on special milestones and holidays
- Earn points on purchases
What can't you watch with your tickets?
- Special engagements such as UFC live fights or Amazon Prime early access showings to name a few examples.
Let's talk tickets:
- You can use your tickets for whoever, whenever, and wherever you like.
- You do not need to be present for the showing you redeem your tickets for.
How do you redeem your tickets?
- Go to showtimes and choose the movie, date, and time you would like.
- Add the number of tickets you need to your cart.
- Choose your seat (if applicable) and watch the balance disappear.
If you use your tickets before the year is up, you can sign-up again and 36 more tickets will be issued. If you do not renew it early, the membership will automatically renew at the end of the 12 month period. You can cancel the renewal from your account.

Does the 10% off concessions apply for online concession sales?
Yes! The discount works online and in person when you’re signed in.
Where do I find my tickets after I book them online?
You’ll receive an email confirmation and can also access tickets in the Brenden Theatres app.
Can I use my tickets at any Brenden location?
Yes, your tickets are valid at all Brenden Theatres locations.
Do unused tickets roll over?
Yes. All 36 tickets are issued upfront and remain valid for 12 months from your activation date.
Can I use more than 3 tickets at once?
Yes! You can use up to 15 tickets for a single showtime.
Can I upgrade my ticket to premium formats?
Yes. Tickets are valid for IMAX, JBX, and other premium formats unless otherwise noted. There are no additional fees.
Does my membership auto-renew?
Yes. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your term unless you cancel through your online account before the renewal date.
