General Information

Brenden Theatres is now in Modesto with a 18 screen cinemaplex. Located at 1021 Tenth Street, in the Tenth Street Plaza. The Modesto theatre features more than four thousand seats and is the anchor for the downtown renovation project now underway.

Our Modesto theatre features all stadium seating with wall to wall curved screens for unobstructed viewing pleasure and Lucasfilm THX sound in every auditorium. All auditoriums are also equipped with Dolby Digital surround sound. Currently five screens are also equipped with the newly developed Dolby EX Surround Channel.

The theatre is located in downtown Modesto on Tenth Street with members of the Brenden building including Sharkey's Crab Shack, Cingular Wireless, Jamba Juice, Starbucks Coffee and Entrepreneurial Ventures.
