This promotion is open to residents in Nevada and California only.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

To request a game piece, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sufficient postage and your return address (name, street address, city, state, and zip code) legibly printed to: Brenden Theatres, Game Piece Request, 1985 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94520. Each request must be mailed in a separate outer envelope. Requests that are photocopied, mechanically reproduced or not mailed in separate outer envelopes will NOT be honored. One game piece will be mailed in response to each request, while supplies last.

Mail-in requests must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2007, and received no later than January 7, 2008.

Terms and Conditions:

• Tickets and hotel vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tickets and hotel vouchers issued in conjunction with this promotion have zero cash value.
• NWA WorldVacations will provide transportation via Northwest Airlines from any city in U.S. 48, Alaska or Canada. Travel is permitted on NW/KL designated flights operated by NWA/Mesaba, Pinnacle, KLM, KLM Cityhopper. Travel via other NW Airlink and NW designated affiliated partner flights is not permitted. The recipient shall be responsible for travel to and from the airport served by such flights.
• Travel is not permitted on the following dates: 2007 –November 20, 21, 25, 26, December 20, 21, 22, 26, 27; 2008 – January 2, 3, February 15, 18, March 20, 21, May 23, July 3, 6, August 29, September 1, November 25, 26,30, December 23,27, 28, 29, 30.
• Not valid with previously purchased trip. This voucher may not be combined with any other coupon, vouchers, discount, bonus, infant fare, upgrade, WorldPerks Air Travel Award or promotional offers/tickets.
• This voucher is not valid with Miscellaneous Charge Orders or Prepaid tickets. Tickets by mail are permitted.
• This voucher is non-transferable. Positive identification will be required at time of check-in. Purchased vouchers are subject to confiscation and you will not be allowed to travel. Only original vouchers will be accepted. Vouchers will not be replaced. Void if altered.
• Travel must be roundtrip. Circle trips/standby/open segments/stopovers are not permitted.
• To make your travel arrangements, please call 1-800-452-5672 and refer to the number on the front of this voucher.
• Reservations must be made and ticket issued prior to departure.
• Booking and travel dates must fall into the range as specified on the front of the voucher.
• NWA WorldVacations must issue all travel documentation including hotel and air vouchers.
• Voucher may only be applied towards number of passengers specified on the voucher, passengers must travel on the same itinerary and must be booked through NWA WorldVacations.
• Any unused portion of the voucher will not be refunded, and cannot be used towards another booking or another service component.
• Commission is not paid/earned on a free trip value, taxes, and fees.
• If booking exceeds voucher value, recipient is responsible for any balance due and must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Taxes, customs, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, fees, surcharges, segment fees, departure/arrival/customs, immigration fees, international taxes, state and federal income taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Changes to reservations, once made, are not permitted.
• A per ticket surcharge will apply for paper tickets issued in markets where electronic ticketing is available.
• Substitutions will not be allowed.
• Space is subject to availability; surcharge dates may apply. The number of seats available for use with this authorization is limited.
• Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
• WorldPerks mileage credit will not be awarded for travel on this program.
• Flight schedules are subject to change without notice.
• Northwest Airlines and NWA WorldVacations are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules and reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.
